Vickie King was born September 4, 1956 in Fontana, California to James and Yvonne Todd Huls. She and Daniel King met and became friends through attending a church youth rally event. They were married February 14, 1976. Together they served the Lord through church ministries over their entire married life. She loved telling Bible stories to children, singing songs about God, for God and to Him. In short, she was a Gospel singer. She continued to sing when it was just for her husband and the Lord to hear.
